a native of Coral Gables and resident of Eastpoint, is president of Cook Insurance Agency in
Apalachicola. She holds a B.S. in education and an M.S. in

Jr., a native of Bainbridge, Georgia, is president and owner
of James A. Cox and Associates, Inc., of Port St. Joe. He holds
a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a
master’s degree from Georgia College, both in business

native of Bassett, Virginia, is a senior manager of Applebee’s
restaurant in Panama City. A veteran of the United States Air
Force, he is pursuing a degree in political science from Troy

Harrison, Rivard, and Bennett. He represents the firm
as the primary attorney for the District Board of Trustees,
holding a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of

a Tennessee native, became the fifth president of Gulf Coast
Community College in June 2007. He holds a B.S. in social
sciences/history/secondary education from Tennessee Tech
University, an M.A.T. in history from The Citadel, and a Ph.D.
in educational administration and supervision of higher
